This page explains what information Elevate may collect when someone requests a quote or contacts the business.
Information collected
Elevate may collect name, business name, email address, WhatsApp number, location, business type, website link, selected plan, quote details, budget range, and start timeline.
How it is used
Information is used to respond to quote requests, understand the client’s business needs, prepare website and Google Business Profile support, and communicate about monthly services.
Sharing
Elevate does not sell personal information. Information may only be used for service communication, setup, support, and lawful business admin.
90-day notice and refunds
Monthly support and active service agreements require 90 days written notice before cancellation. Project work already started is not refundable.
